Our offer has caught your interest? We are delighted! Only a few steps separate you from receiving the visualization of your investment.

• Send us materials along with an indication of expectations regarding the atmosphere and quality. It is helpful if they show the preferred shots of the objects. This step is not a necessary condition - you can entrust the choice of artistic direction to us.
• Within no more than 14 days we will send you renders in simplified form. Such materials will show only the modelled object and selected lighting. At this stage we will ask you to assess the correctness of the model and the attractiveness of the shots.
• After receiving corrections or comments, we will prepare preview renders in advanced form. You will receive a visualization of a fully textured object, terrain with greenery (trees, shrubs, flowers, grass), cars, people etc. We will expect your comments regarding the assessment of the artistic direction and overall quality of the visualization. This stage is understood as the first round of corrections.
• After receiving the corrections we will send corrected renders for final acceptance. We will then proceed to preparing (rendering) the shot in higher resolution. This stage is considered the second round of corrections; in the event that additional corrections are necessary, before calculating the final visualizations we will again send preview renders.
• After final acceptance we will calculate the visualizations in full resolution, perform post-production and send the finished render. You will still have the opportunity to submit corrections. This stage is considered the third round of corrections and is treated by both parties as the finalization of the given shot or the entire order.

When working on a project we prefer sending comments via e-mail in pdf or jpg files with clearly described corrections. If any doubts arise, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

As a rule - creating visualizations includes 3 rounds of corrections. This is aimed at conveying your vision as well as possible and delivering the highest quality materials. Please remember that corrections resulting from our oversights are not counted as the client's corrections, but are understood as a professional error - and will be promptly removed.
